PCA Plugin
This plugin computes the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) of your 2D or 3D data and also provides some simple geometric features of the principle components.
Features
- Visualization of the PCA as ellipsoids
- Aspect ratios between principle components (AspectRatio)
- Angles between principle components and the optical plane (AnglesOP)
- Angles between principle components and the two most important prinziple components of a reference channel (AnglesRP)
- Angles between principle components of each channel to the axis between the center of gravity of the respective channel and the center of gravity of the reference channel. (AnglesRAxis)
Requirements
- ImageJ, plugins tested with Version 1.38 and newer.

Download and Install
Download the file to your ImageJ folder und unzip the archive. Delete all older versions before installing new ones, to be sure you have installed only one version at a time.
