22.8.2014: Completely rewritten HDF5 Plugin. Now based on jhdf5 library from CISD
16.03.2011: New Version of the hdf5-plugin. (New features: read/write of 2D/3D and 4D images)
18.05.2009: New Version of the hdf5-plugin. (New features: read/write of 2D images)
17.05.2008: New Version of the hdf5-plugin. (Bug fixes: overwriting existing files now works; Correct storage of signed/unsigned)
13.03.2008: Initial revision of the hdf5-plugin. (Developed by Matthias Schlachter)
10.10.2007: Speedups when reading RGB color images, and try to free memory asap.
14.08.2007: Several smaller bugfixes, should handle more datatypes.
02.07.2007: Initial revision of the publicly available version of the netcdf-plugin.
